Home improvement premium PP-R pipes are produced by extrusion molding using propylene-ethylene (ethylene content 1%~4%) copolymer as raw material. In addition to the special properties of ordinary plastic pipes such as rust-free, non-scaling, low flow resistance, and low processing energy consumption, PP-R pipes also have long life, good low-temperature impact resistance, high-temperature resistance and no deformation (90℃) And good hot melt weldability. When delivering hot water with a temperature of 70°C and a working pressure of 1.0MPa, the continuous service life can reach 50 years. It is the best product for the renewal of galvanized pipes.

Features

1. Hygienic, non-toxic, non-corrosive, never scaling, PP-R material is completely composed of C and two elements, without any additives;

2, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, the highest conveying water temperature can reach 95℃, the compressive strength can reach more than 4MPa, and the material softening temperature is 140℃;

3. Using hot-melt connection, the pipes and fittings are melted into the same whole, safe and reliable, and never leak. The tensile, bending and impact strength of the joint are higher than the strength of the pipe body;

4. The thermal conductivity is as low as 1/200 of that of heavy metals. Has good insulation performance;
