Relevant Standards

The product performance implements the industrial standard of Fiber Reinforced Random Copolymer Polypropylene Composite Pipe (CJ/T258-2007), and the product size and construction specification implements Technical Specification for Fiber Reinforced Polypropylene Random Copolymer Composite Pipeline of Building Water Supply (CECS337:2013).

Product Performance

The MF-PPR pipe has all the advantages of ordinary PP-R pipes, and also has the following outstanding performance:

1. Low linear expansion coefficient. The low linear expansion coefficient of MF-PPR pipe, a <0.03mm/m. ℃, which is less than 1/5 of the linear expansion coefficient of ordinary PP-R pipes, and is slightly greater than the 0.012mm/m.℃ of steel pipes, which reduces the deformation that is easy to find in PP-R products, greatly reduces the use of pipe clamps during installation, and further increases the support distance during surface mounting of pipes.

2. Good rigidity

The GD MF-PPR pipes adopt modified materials for the intermediate reinforcing layer. The modulus of ordinary PP-R is about 1000MPa, and the modulus of the intermediate modified layer is above 1500MPa. The rigidity of the pipe is better, and the surface-mounted pipe looks straighter.

3. More convenient connection

At present, most of the indoor water supply pipes used of the building use PP-R pipes. The GD MF-PPR pipes adopt the hot melt connection of the same materials, which is convenient for installation. During the following connection between the branch pipes and the building risers, no conversion is needed compared to steel pipe or steel-plastic composite pipe connection, which is more convenient!
